He is the co-founder of 1001 Stories, an Independent Consultancy specializing in Consumer Insights and Behavioural Solutions and the President of Diversifi Global, a worldwide business network of applied Behavioural Science companies. He identifies himself as a decent cook, a mediocre martial artist and the world's worst cajon player.

Reshma Tonse is a human fly-on-the-wall of the world, an ex-advertising professional and is wittlessly curious about the human condition. She works with consumer research, trend analysis and insight generation and burrows deep into context with tools of social norms, folklore, culture and behavioural sciences. Reshma is a Context Architect everyday except Sundays. Those are reserved for hunting meaning in myths and philosophies.
